REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

All sales are final. The WING Center Inc. maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued for purchases, payments, event space rentals, event registrations, advertising purchases, Resource Directory listings, or other services, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, submitting a payment, or confirming a booking with The WING Center Inc., you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Event Bookings and Venue Rentals

Payments made toward event space rentals, facility reservations, and related services are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details, dates, times, and applicable charges before submitting payment.

Advertising and Resource Directory Listings

All payments for advertising, promotional services, and Resource Directory listings are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations and Changes

Customer cancellations, failure to attend an event, changes in plans, or unused services do not entitle the customer to a refund. Any rescheduling or modification requests are subject to approval by The WING Center Inc. and may be subject to additional terms or fees.

Payment Disputes and Errors

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, duplicated, or made without authorization, please contact us promptly so we can review the transaction. This process does not guarantee a refund and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
